CLIENT COMMUNICATION AND DELAYS

After you place your order I will contact you via email asking for the required info pertaining to your design. Please respond in a timely manner. If you take more than 7 days to respond to emails pertaining to completed designs, you no longer qualify for free revisions. If more than 2 weeks go by your project will be terminated and you won’t receive a refund. If you’d like to pick up where we left off, you’ll be charged a $50 restart fee. Please respect my time as I respect yours. It would be greatly appreciated if the respect shown to you is reciprocated as I am a person.

Weekends and holidays are not included in your design turnaround.

ALL projects begin following the submission of all the information required to complete the design.The turnaround for flyers, card designs, social media branding graphics and logos is 7 days. The turnaround for marketing graphics, a custom package, and package deals is 10-14 days.The turnaround for acuity revamps is 7-8 days.  Other websites such as Wix and Shopify have a 2-3 week turnaround. 

If you have launch dates approaching, upcoming sales or you need your project at a specific time please book accordingly by adding a rush fee and notifying me of your preferred deadline. Please do not disturb me during the designing process if you failed to do so.

Payment and Charges 

Payments are accepted through the site, PayPal, Zelle and Cash App.You must pay the costs of any service that will be provided. No deposits are accepted unless you pay for services over $300 which require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Once the money and project info is received I will begin designing and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Revisions

There is a FREE two revision limit, any other revisions past this limit will result in $15 fee per change. There will be a $40 fee for website, motion flyers, and logo revisions. Once you’ve confirmed that you are pleased with your project, revisions are no longer free. Revision turnaround is 3-4 days.Several changes to the flyer is equivalent to a new design, which will result in you having to pay for a new design. 2 free revisions does not equal a brand new flyer.
