Please provide as much detail as you can in the sense of creative direction.

Info must be submitted within 24-48hrs. ALL projects begin following the submission of all the information required to complete the design.

Revision

Revision turnaround is 3-4 days.

Removing/adding a picture or words. Anything that differs from your final design.

Please carefully read your info before you submit it. The design will consist of the information provided for the design. If you fail to provide me with the required info, you will be issued a refund. Resulting in you not being able to work with me in the future.

The turnaround for flyers, card designs, social media branding graphics and logos is 7 days. The turnaround for marketing graphics, a custom package, and package deals is 10-14 days.The turnaround for acuity revamps is 7-8 days.  Other websites such as Wix and Shopify have a 2-3 week turnaround. 

Payment and Charges 

Payments are accepted through the site, PayPal, Zelle and Cash App.You must pay the costs of any service that will be provided. No deposits are accepted unless you pay for services over $300 which require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Once the money and project info is received I will begin designing and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
