Design Information

You agree to give specific instructions on how you want your design. You will provide all of the required info. The info you provide has to be typed. Please carefully read your info before you submit it. The design will consist of the information provided for the design. If you fail to provide me with the required info, you will be issued a refund. Resulting in you not being able to work with me in the future.

Turnaround 

ALL projects begin following the submission of all the information required to complete the design. Please keep in mind that my business hours are Mon-Fri(8AM-9PM) CT. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Meaning weekends and holidays are not included in your design turnaround. The turnaround for flyers, card designs, social media branding graphics and logos is 7 days. The turnaround for marketing graphics, a custom package, and package deals is 10-14 days.The turnaround for acuity revamps is 7-8 days.  Other websites such as Wix and Shopify have a 2-3 week turnaround.
